The combined Conservation Lands & Resources Dept and Parks and Recreation Dept registration site had become so full that it could be difficult to navigate to find what you are looking for.
Beginning with September programming, registration will be made by visiting www.DiscoverNature.pima.gov. Your account has been migrated to the brand new platform. Other than the new web address and simplified choices, the registration procedure remains the same.
Registration for August programs now listed on www.explore.pima.gov will also be available for registration on www.DiscoverNature.pima.gov

Birding 101: Birding for all Ages and Abilities
Are you new to birding? Need help getting started? Birding is a great way to get outside to explore nature, learn more about wildlife and wildlife behavior, hone your observation skills, reduce stress, and connecting with others. Join naturalist Jeff Babson for a casual birding experience to familiarize yourself with birding basics. Loaner binoculars available. All ages encouraged.
Dates: Saturdays, September 16 and October 7
Time: 7:30 a.m. – 9:00 a.m.
