Nature & Birding Trail

The Nature and Birding Trail will consist of a path of decomposed granite winding through the existing trees near the Bunkhouse (brown building) at the north end of the Park.  Several benches will be installed for park visitors to enjoy the serenity of the park or watch the wide variety of resident birds.  Native plants will be interspersed throughout the trail.

The trail system will be a loop with an extension path connecting to the existing paved path for easy access from the main portion of the Park.

Cost estimate for the Nature and Birding Trail is $12,600.  The Friends of Agua Caliente are now seeking funding to support this project.  If you would like to donate to the Nature and Birding Trail, please use the Membership-Donation button.  If you have any questions or inputs, please use the Contact FOAC button.
